March beauty empties

march empties

Every month I share beauty, skincare, hair products I finished during the month. In March I have empties and reviews from Klorane, Allies of Skin, Dr. Sam and more

The Deviant Cleansing Concentrate (£32) is one of the best cleansers I’ve tried! Highly recommend and I have a new one already (the limited edition). The perfect first cleanse, no need to use a flannel if you don’t want to. No essential oils, no fragrance!

Vitamaques Jelly Toner (£24.99)* was hydrating, soothing and would recommend! I’d prefer a bigger size to be honest.

I briefly mentioned the Nudestix Skin* cleansers on last months empties – see here. But this stung my eyes, the citrus essential oils are too much. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dr Sam’s Nightly Serum (£39)* was great! I wouldn’t personally re-purchase because I like something stronger, but would recommend. See the review here.

As above, the Allies of Skin 1A All-Day Pollution Repair Mask (£105)* was a fantastic retinoid, but I prefer something a little stronger for me.

I haven’t yet posted my Korres review on their Black Pine 3D Eye-Lift Super Serum (£48)* but I haven’t actually made up my mind about it! I stupidly didn’t take good enough before photos, so I can’t tell if it did anything for my under-eye area. So it’s a not sure.

Our Remedy CBD (£53.99)* is a new brand that make various CBD products for period pain or sleep. They are created in a small scale and with sustainability in mind – all aspects are recyclable. If you’re new to CBD this might help you with sleep! However, as a seasoned CBD user, I didn’t feel this helped much for me, unfortunately.

So…? Milk Vibes Bath Milk (£7)* this was fun to use! I love a bath and this was super bubbly. But I found the packaging to be quite excessive, so wouldn’t repurchase

Kerluxe Serum Elixir (£51) is a niche Swiss brand, this was lovely to use but I think it was a little pricey and the results don’t justify that for me, so wouldn’t repurchase.

Rene Furterer Absolue Keratine (£37)* I really enjoyed this hair mask but because I use SO MUCH product – I just want my hair slathered in hair mask – I wouldn’t repurchase as I went through it so quickly. I’ve linked the bigger size.

On the other hand, the Innersense Hydrating Hair Mask (£28)* worked so well! Even though it’s small, it worked wonders. Would repurchase

CBVIT Active Hemp Shampoo (£18.99)* this was nice, worked well but hated the scent! So wouldn’t repurchase

Hair Vitalics Belgravia (£25)* for hair health and growth. Vitamins and supplements are a funny one to ‘review’ since it’s so personal and whether they work on not, depends on so many factors. I can only share how they worked for me, so these I didn’t notice any major difference with my hair. But I only used the one box, and usually, you’d need 2-3 months to see a difference. Wouldn’t repurchase

Arm & Hammer Charcoal Toothpaste (£3) this is so good!! It tastes a bit weird, due to the baking soda, but it definitely makes your teeth whiter!! Would recommend

Klorane Cupuçao Shower Cream (£2.50 for the mini) I prefer an oil to a cream as a shower product, but this smells amazing, kinda sweet but not too much. Would recommend

Crabtree & Evelyn Sweet Nectar Lip Mask (£16)* this was great to use overnight, a nice thick lip mask. Also lasted for a long time, even though it’s a small tube. Would recommend
