While I’m longing for spring (and summer) time I managed to score a pretty nice and sunny day for my first ever proper outfit pictures for Breakeven.
A beautiful little street near Finchley Road Station with a blossoming almond tree was the perfect backdrop for this outfit, which I aptly named “On Wednesdays we wear pink”.
Baby pink, barbie pink or however you want to call it; this colour is traditionally connected with innocence, sweetness and girly-ness, and it’s also one I really like.
The film the quote came from –Mean Girls of course, and if you cannot quote it we can’t be friends, sorry- it’s also connected with bitchiness.
Paired with a midi jean skirt and heeled oxfords it’s the perfect grown-up-girl-that-loves-pink look. By the way, if you want to feel a bit old Mean Girls came out 10 years ago…
Midi Zara skirt (on sale), black Zara V-neck (old), Longchamp leather pliage, River Island fur scarf (similar), pink coat Two Hunting Pearls by Elena Ferti (e-shop coming soon), Rayban Clybmaster sunglasses, Uterqüe leather gloves (old), M&S coloured tights, Aldo shoes (similar), Klaidra necklace and beanie from eBay.
