Hmm were you using deep conditioners/masks after the treatment? I didn’t have any issues but also every time I wash my hair I use a thick mask!

I do not know what I did wrong because my hair ended up dry as straw, I’ve emailed the company but no one has bothered to get back to me.
I’m greatly disappointed as I wanted smooth soft hair as was shown. Like I said it was horribly dry and straw Like!
